Environmentally speaking... We are happy to say that, whenever possible, all of our breakfasts are homemade, home or locally grown and organic. In the case of eggs, only free range are served. All of our detergents and laundry soaps are phosphate free and cleaning products are environmentally sound. Towels and sheets are line dried, weather permitting. The hot tub is chlorine and bromine free. We purify with hydrogen peroxide and organic materials, only.
